BUSTA IS BACK FIERCELY!

It's been a while since we last heard a Manzemvula Masuku single after his award winning hit 'King's back'. So, on Friday of the 23rd of September it's going to be raining cats and dogs onto our music industry cats. Busta is set to nourish our hearing senses with a piece from his AfroBliss album entitled 'Bantfwabami'. Produced by Sean Cast HQ at Upscale live, this song is also mixed and mastered by Steve Carroe at Stage Audio Mastering in Nashvile. The single will be available in all digital platforms distributed under The Orchard distribution company.
AfroBliss, the album is set to be released early next year.

VINTAGE WEEKEND IS UPON US

The long awaited weekend in eSwatini has finally landed. It's the KUGUGA OTHANDAYO 60'S VINTAGE weekend baby! Surely a lot of you now have their outfits and tickets ready, if not, what are you waiting for?
Venued at the Mantenga Cultural Village, this party is a recognition and celebration of days long passed; the youthful days and the lifestyle of our grand parents. Also, it's a day of celebrating eSwatini's heritage as attendees will fill their bellies with the delicious, healthy and indegeneous dishes of the Swazi people and quenching their thirst with some of our exotic beverages like umqombotsi and more.
This weekend is going to remind most of us of who we really are,— truthfully our culture and heritage are on the edge of extinction and Illa Penboy has just extended its expectancy a bit longer.

MOTIVATION

 What's up y'all!! It's been a minute since I last wrote and posted on my blog. I hope you have been busy and all wrapped up striking out some of those new year resolutions which I bet you created on your minds or even in little personal notebooks in the beginning of this wonderful year. I know to some of you it hasn't been much wonderful and I am sorry that you've had to undergo through that. Finding some closure and getting the necessary help can help you move on with life, hence bringing some joy in this five moths we have left. Women in the local entertainment industry

So my fellow readers, it's been a while since I last wrote to you. I am pleased today to share with you my the information I gathered while attending the Vukubone 2022 music conference at Mbabane. For your information, this is what I learnt on the first day of the conference. It's a pity most of the local artists didn't attend 😔.  Frankly, they missed a lot when it comes to intellectual property. This refers to the collection of rights of original content creators. Here they addressed the pending issue of the copyrights act of Eswatini. Truthfully, I have good news to every artist out there. Guys, I am glad to tell you; it's promising. Though it is still in motion but they promised that it won't be beyond three years, and artists are going to earning their royalties.  But, that's not the issue for today.
